About The Position

Penske Automotive Group is looking for a tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator to join their team and help develop and execute innovative and creative marketing solutions. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will leverage social media platforms and content creation to support sales growth initiatives and advance customer relationship management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; and one to three years of related experience in marketing; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have a current and unsuspended motor vehicle license.

• Proficiency with video and photo editing tools and different digital media formats.
• Ability to understand current and future trends with digital content.
• Knowledge of copyrighting and adhering to PAG social/video policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree and three to five years' experience in a similar position; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Help develop and create engaging content for our websites, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other various platforms.
• Assist in the creation and editing of video and photo content.
• Attend events to capture and produce social media content (this may include occasional nights and weekends).
• Adhere to all brand standards and compliance.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
• Reports and tracks effectiveness of marketing initiatives
• Reviews company reputation across social media platforms and takes steps, both internal and external, to maintain and improve the image of dealerships
