Requirements

Proven track record in marketing, preferably within the legal or professional services sector.
Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMRush, Ahrefs).
Proficiency in email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
Proficiency in basic HTML.
Excellent attention to detail and writing skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with partners and intake teams.
Solid understanding of Google Analytics and ad platforms.
Strong project management skills; ability to juggle multiple deadlines.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (WordPress, etc.) is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans aligned with the firm's practice area goals and revenue targets.
Oversee SEO strategy, email marketing workflows, and PPC campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
Conduct research into legal trends and competitor landscapes.
Create, curate, and manage consistent messaging across the website, LinkedIn, and promotional collateral.
Monitor KPIs and ROI, diagnosing campaign performance and pivoting strategies as needed.
Perform minor website updates via HTML and manage the CRM for marketing-to-sales alignment.
Manage relationships with external agencies, printers, and legal directories.
