About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Your primary focus will be to manage, write, and produce responses to client Request for Proposals (RFP) and other marketing materials. You will interact regularly with subject matter experts across professional services and be responsible for ensuring the proposal is complete, accurate, and timely. Within the structured proposal process, you will demonstrate creativity and latitude and see opportunities where others see challenges. You will create persuasive proposals and presentations with the support of the Proposal Manager to best deliver the “why” to our clients. This role is also responsible for collaborating with the larger marketing team on campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a mix of creativity, graphics, and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Production/Editing or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in the A/E/C industry, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to work on tight deadlines. Must be proactive, organized, and resourceful, with the ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with graphic design tools (Microsoft Office Suite, InDesign, PhotoShop, Adobe Creative Suite)

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the A/E/C industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of the A/E/C industry is a plus; experience in B2B marketing is required
  • Work collaboratively with technical team members to manage proposal submissions from RFP to final submission, with the support of the Proposal Manager
  • Write non-technical proposal sections and edit technical writing according to APA guidelines
  • Lead the organized collection, vetting, storage, and maintenance of marketing information (including resumes, headshots, project information, project photography, etc.)
  • Develop and coordinate proposal graphics
  • Assist with storyboarding and message development for strategic pursuits
  • Ability to communicate and work closely with all business divisions to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • (Assist in) the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, email, and print
  • Author, create, and manage content for various marketing materials, including PowerPoint presentations, project descriptions, and websites
