About The Position

In this role, you are the execution owner for Silver Hills and Silver Hills Sprouted Bakery digital and social channels, and the Wrike brand workflow across Silver Hills and Silver Hills Bakery. You will lead and execute consumer and B2B communication programs, manage brand websites, and keep cross-brand projects on track. This is a hands-on execution role. You’ll partner closely with the Gluten Free & Private Label Coordinator on cross-brand priority alignment, helping keep all teams coordinated and projects moving on schedule. In this role, you will support the Brand Manager in delivering consumer and B2B communication programs. You must be a proactive team player with strong communication and organizational skills. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with the brand and develop your expertise across digital, social, content, retail media, events, and other B2C and B2B initiatives. You will collaborate with a creative and supportive team, helping to build and strengthen our brands. You will own the workflow of marketing projects across Silver Hills and Silver Hills Sprouted Bakery, ensuring everything is scheduled in Wrike and completed on time. You will also partner with the Gluten Free & Private Label Coordinator on cross-brand priority alignment so all teams stay coordinated.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing or a related field.
  • 1-2+ years’ relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media platforms, especially Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong execution skills across digital and social channels, including community management and reporting.
  • Outstanding customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.
  • Understanding of marketing project workflows.
  • You interact promptly, professionally, and respectfully with others.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute Silver Hills Corporate LinkedIn: copy, content scheduling, community management, and reporting, covering corporate, B2B, employer brand, and facility updates.
  • Lead and execute Silver Hills Sprouted Bakery Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook: content scheduling, community management, and reporting.
  • Manage and maintain the websites for Silver Hills, Silver Hills Sprouted Bakery, and Vibrant Health Products.
  • Manage coupons for Silver Hills Sprouted Bakery.
  • Build and execute the e-newsletter for Silver Hills Sprouted Bakery.
  • Develop photography and content briefs for Silver Hills and Silver Hills Sprouted Bakery.
  • Coordinate product sample requests for the Silver Hills brands.
  • Provide execution support for B2B sell sheets, trade materials and presentations.
  • Provide execution support for in-store programs.
  • Attend trade shows as required.
  • Use Wrike to manage brand workflow across Silver Hills and Silver Hills Sprouted Bakery.
  • Co-lead cross-brand priority alignment in Wrike with the Gluten Free & Private Label Coordinator.
  • Support the Brand Manager in coordinating the retail media and digital ads agency.
  • Provide coordination support for influencer programs.
  • Provide execution-level insight on brand strategy to the Brand Manager.
  • Support both the Brand Manager and Sr. Marketing Director on Silver Hills Corporate initiatives.
  • Lead the development and coordination of print materials and branded swag, and maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Support the Brand Manager with research, presentation preparation, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Keep all files organized and up to date.
  • Track and report on invoicing for marketing-related expenses.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key team members.
  • Provide holiday and absence coverage for the Consumer Relations Coordinator.
  • Other duties as assigned.
