This growing, dynamic high-tech company headquartered in sunny Central Florida is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Team. Position Summary: The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns by assisting with planning, implementation, analysis, and cross-functional coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field (telecommunications experience preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and derive actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with marketing platforms, CRM systems, or analytics tools is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to represent the organization at events and engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Must be able to pass MVR, background, and drug screenings

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to analyze competitive landscape, industry trends, and customer behavior; summarize insights to inform marketing strategy
  • Coordinate direct mail production by receiving finalized artwork from the Marketing Manager and Creative team, uploading assets to print vendor platforms, and ensuring accurate, timely distribution
  • Maintain inventory of marketing and sales materials, ensuring all assets are current, compliant, and readily available; coordinate updates and new material development as needed
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies to develop and produce marketing collateral and promotional assets
  • Assist in developing product marketing copy, email content, and social media posts aligned with brand voice and campaign goals
  • Support the planning and execution of product launches, community events, and sponsorship activations
  • Track, compile, and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Provide day-to-day support for marketing initiatives, projects, and administrative tasks as needed
  • Build, schedule, and optimize automated email campaigns using CRM tools, including audience segmentation, testing, and performance tracking to drive engagement and ensure brand consistency.
  • Coordinate the procurement, tracking, and distribution of gift cards for monthly incentives, ensuring accurate fulfillment, recordkeeping, and a smooth recipient experience.
