About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be coordinating trade shows and events, with additional responsibilities supporting packaging projects and social media management. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of trade shows and industry events across Canada, ensuring a seamless experience from planning through post-event follow-up.
  • Coordinate event logistics including booth space booking, shipping and transportation of materials, installation and dismantling schedules, and coordination with show organizers.
  • Develop detailed event timelines, checklists, and budgets to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
  • Coordinate booth design, displays, signage, and promotional materials in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Work closely with Sales and Product Management teams to align event goals with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Support on-site event execution when required, including booth setup, product displays, and coordination with the sales team.
  • Coordinate communication with vendors, suppliers, and event partners.
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials for events, such as brochures, product sheets, banners, and branded giveaways.
  • Track event performance, gather feedback from internal teams, and assist with post-event reporting and analysis.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of trade show materials, displays, and promotional items.
  • Work with design and production teams to develop and update product packaging for the Canadian market.
  • Ensure packaging designs align with brand guidelines and customer expectations.
  • Coordinate approvals and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Assist in creating and scheduling social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and analyze social media performance.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Assist with other marketing tasks as needed.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategy development.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement new ideas for brand growth.
