Marketing Coordinator (5 -8 YOE)
About The Position
Hord Coplan Macht (HCM) seeks a full-time Marketing Coordinator for its Conshohocken office to support the firm’s efforts to win new business. The role works with principals and marketing team members across the firm’s studios to develop and produce persuasive proposal responses. The ideal candidate is self-directed, has a strong work ethic and positive outlook, works effectively under deadlines, is comfortable working with senior leadership, and can work independently. The coordinator maintains and updates marketing content and information in Deltek VantagePoint, collaborates on proposals and presentations, leads production of marketing materials, and assists with website project updates. Applicants must submit a portfolio or work samples; a link is preferred, and submissions must not exceed 4 MB.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or English.
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong command of grammar, punctuation, editing, and proofreading.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe InDesign.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- A portfolio or work samples must be submitted; a portfolio link is preferred, and the maximum submission size is 4 MB.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the AEC industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of the architecture and design industry is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update resumes, project case studies, and boilerplates.
- Maintain and update project and staff information in the firm’s Deltek VantagePoint database.
- Work with firm principals, marketing team members, and consultants to create proposals, qualification packages, and presentations.
- Lead the production of materials for marketing brochures and client interviews/presentations.
- Maintain and update specific opportunities and marketing efforts in Deltek VantagePoint.
- Assist with project updates on the firm’s website.
