About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator at Keystone Custom Homes assists the marketing team with a variety of tasks, including supporting daily team operations, event preparation, and content creation. Responsibilities include updating website information, visual asset maintenance, contributing to copywriting, MLS audits, and other duties as assigned. This position offers valuable, hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with Canva and content creation tools
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and current trends
• Comfortable with light video filming and editing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Familiarity with Hubspot
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• A self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation for travel to model homes and community sites

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and distribution of content across social media, email, and digital platforms, adapting to current trends and brand standards
• Design and produce marketing materials including graphics, print collateral, and promotional assets using relevant design tools (Canva)
• Assist with website maintenance and MLS listings, ensuring listings, photos, and content remain accurate and up to date
• Assist with coordination of photography, videography, and visual asset management to support ongoing marketing needs
• Provide general marketing support across campaigns, events, and internal projects as needs evolve
• Contribute to brainstorming, reporting, and continuous improvement of marketing processes and materials
• Other tasks as assigned
