About The Position

First Federal Bank is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team. This role is crucial for maintaining the positive image and operational efficiency of the Corporate Office. The Marketing Coordinator will be the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and vendors, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Two (2) years of experience in customer service, sales, or marketing-related role.
Driver’s license required to operate personal vehicle.
Periodically required to lift and carry up to twenty-five (25) pounds.
Sitting or standing for extended periods of time and the ability to work and operate computer applications and equipment.
Able to perform essential responsibilities of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree in business administration, digital media, or similar studies.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for the Corporate Office by welcoming and assisting customers, visitors, and vendors and providing appropriate support.
Perform clerical and office support duties, including answering calls, distributing mail, accepting deliveries, ordering supplies, ensuring compliance with visitor access procedures, and overseeing the Community Room.
Support various marketing operations, including responding to Google Reviews, monitoring social media, overseeing website leads and links, tracking inventory and supplies, and assisting with forms and other collateral maintenance.
Complete other duties as assigned.
