About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator supports the overall efforts of the Marketing Team at Coca-Cola Music Hall, contributing to a wide range of initiatives that drive brand visibility, engagement, and attendance for events. This role plays an integral part in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms, with key areas of focus including content creation, social media management and community engagement, performance tracking and reporting, identifying trends and insights, and coordination of event-related marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Reports to Marketing Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 1 year of relevant experience or internships in marketing, advertising, public relations, communications, or a similar role required.
  • An equivalent combination of education and related experience will be considered.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Meta Business Suite.
  • Experience in graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations and speak confidently in public settings.
  • Experience leveraging social networking sites as marketing tools, with a solid understanding of effective social media strategies and best practices.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for details.
  • Positive attitude, collaborative team player, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Proven job reliability, diligence, and dedication.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute and participate in the development and execution of social media strategies and tactics aimed to drive ticket sales, support venue bookings, increase food and beverage revenue, and add sponsorship value.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn). Draft copy, visuals, and videos with a clear call to action.
  • Manage a dynamic social media content calendar to ensure consistent, strategic, and timely posting.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, while tracking feedback and online reviews.
  • Execute audience engagement and customer satisfaction efforts, including sending email blasts, responding to hot ticket alerts, and coordinating post-show surveys to gather feedback and improve the concertgoer experience.
  • Uphold high standards of quality across all social media content, ensuring clarity, proper grammar, correct spelling, and overall accuracy.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging platforms, and evolving best practices to make informed recommendations and support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Private Events, Food and Beverage, and Box Office to gather insights and ensure social media efforts align with the goals and objectives of the overall Marketing Plan.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare a quarterly Social Media Performance Report.
  • Complete Marketing Opportunities Checklist after each ticketed event to share with promoters.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in the creative development of advertising for both print and digital media, contributing to concept ideation, copy, and visual direction.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to support internal communications.
  • Assist in the ideation, planning, and execution of initiatives related to ticketed events, private events, and internal events.
