Marketing Coordinator
About The Position
River Bend Agricultural Services LLC, a division of the Novus Ag network, is seeking an organized Hybrid Marketing Coordinator to join our regional Colorado team. This position operates on a stable hybrid schedule out of our regional workspace, combining structured in-office collaboration with remote flexibility to support our expanding network footprint. In this role, you will manage our regional promotional media files and provide advanced marketing administration support to our regional networks. You will build strong relationships by routing ledger updates, organizing digital campaign pipelines, and keeping corporate marketing records moving efficiently to maximize administrative productivity.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
- Previous experience in digital marketing tracking, social media coordination, data entry, or administrative sales support is valued.
- Proven track record in detailed project data checking, tracking project deadlines, or campaign lifecycle tracking.
- Strong computer skills with cloud file sharing, enterprise marketing/CRM platforms, and advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel macros, formulas, data sorting).
- Capability to thrive in a structured hybrid workspace, maintaining consistent digital connectivity and professional office attendance.
- Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor seasonal marketing collateral and campaign submission deadlines, track regional grower engagement compliance data, and route audited promotional updates to the correct marketing manager.
- Coordinate electronic asset validation workflows, track individual marketing channel metrics profiles, and organize secure cloud asset directories across our network database.
- Maintain accurate customer list history records, enter seasonal promotion/pricing changes, and log verified campaign metrics directly into our central database system.
- Monitor the central marketing support inbox, resolve promotional documentation discrepancies, and draft professional corporate correspondence for our regional management group.
- Coordinate closely with sales leadership and corporate credit/accounting personnel to guarantee cohesive backend support and strict transaction compliance.
