Coordinator - Marketing
About The Position

The Coordinator enthusiastically promotes Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations. They adhere to policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals, and perform duties associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program. This position assists in the development and planning of programs related to special events, promotions, entertainment, awareness, and media, and is responsible for setting up and implementing all programs, promotions, and events. The role also assists in the preparation of submissions for IGB approval, ensuring accuracy of documentation for each event, and assists in the creation and verification of promotional offers with casino systems. Additionally, the Coordinator assists in the execution of social media and digital media content strategy and implementation. Other duties may be assigned.
