About The Position

In this role, you will provide general support to the Marketing team. Your day-to-day work will focus on using critical thinking and excellent verbal and written communication skills to review customer inquiries directed to the Marketing team and support stores across the country with their local store marketing. This role will also include conducting and internal marketing analysis and attending special events. The ideal candidate has experience in a similar role, or a bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline. This individual will work closely with marketing leaders and store owners and should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills. This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office and 2 days work-from-home.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, marketing, or a related discipline considered an asset.
  • Franchise and/or food service industry experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Assist mid/senior level team members to track local store marketing programs updating spreadsheets, databases, and inventories.
  • Assist with collecting, formatting and proofing weekly communications to internal customers, ensuring communication is accurate and on brand.
  • Event Support - coordinating logistics, managing product orders, set up/tear down, and post event reporting for local store and/or brand events.
  • Collaborate with franchisee partners to review and execute local store marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to Panago's brand standards, including visual identity, messaging, and promotional guidelines.
  • Track marketing program budgets, evaluate results against goals, deliver wrap-up reports, and generate learnings for improvement.
  • Process requests for promotional materials and ensure accurate tracking of inventory.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of handling customer inquiries for donations, school and sponsorship requests, including reviewing incoming requests, assessing their validity, and determining the appropriate course of action.
  • Build cross-functional relationships, particularly with Operations, IT, to ensure excellent execution of all marketing programs.
  • Leverage a deep understanding of internal and external marketing opportunities to inform decisions.
  • Assist with competitive analysis and internal analytics requests.
