About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in driving brand growth, fan engagement, and partner value for the organization. This position supports the planning and execution of integrated marketing and communications initiatives that bring the brand to life across race weekends, digital platforms, partner activations and other marketing tactics. Working cross-functionally with internal teams, partners, and external vendors, the Marketing Coordinator helps deliver on marketing strategies ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, content, product and activations throughout the race season.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital/social marketing, communications, brand management, or project management.
  • Strong planning and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Ability to think creatively and bring vision to life via marketing channels online
  • Proven ability to manage marketing initiatives from strategy through execution and performance analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with social/digital tracking tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule, including weekends, with travel to races as needed.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, guide team members as needed, and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Broadly supports the entire marketing, communications and social/digital team as needed
  • Supports in the development and execution of brand marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and fan engagement.
  • Tracks progress and deliverables, aligning internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and successful campaign execution.
  • Supports the VP, Marketing and Manager of Marketing and Licensing in the creative development process from concept to delivery, including coordinating with designers and external partners and ensuring timely delivery of final assets.
  • Manage the back-end production and oversight of 23XIRacing.com and the Insiders App including content, editorial and imagery with a goal of heightened fan engagement and growth
  • Assist in execution of key annual fan engagement programs developed by 23XI including at Airspeed, at race events, and other events as needed
  • Support the social team with posting and other tasks as requested including weekends during race season
  • Manage the partner content and exposure tagging process with Hook It Analytics
  • Lead relationships with other key vendors such as Greenfly which support social/digital work
  • Assist in PR/Communications responsibilities as needed from time to time, including throughout the race season, including at-track driver communications and coordination (may require travel to scheduled race weekends as needed); as well as off-track events, photo shoots and appearances.
  • Provide leadership and direction on key marketing initiatives while coordinating and communicating efforts across internal departments and external partners.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for appropriate marketing & licensing projects, ensuring communication flows effectively between project stakeholders.
  • Help guide interns on project execution and marketing best practices.
  • Be a contributing member of a collaborative, solutions-oriented environment that supports creativity, innovation, and operational excellence.
