About The Position

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM: TelevisaUnivision is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team! YOUR DAY-DAY: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events across multiple platforms. Manage social media accounts, create content calendars, and support digital marketing efforts. Collaborate with internal teams (Events, PR, Creative, Sales) to ensure consistent messaging and brand standards. Track and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Support the creation of marketing materials, including email campaigns, flyers, signage, and presentations. Coordinate logistics for events, activations, and sponsorship initiatives. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to support marketing strategy. Maintain accurate marketing calendars, budgets, and project timelines.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing
  • Knowledge in managing promotional campaigns and creating strategic media plans
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive or related software
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Comfortable with presenting, public speaking, and leading meetings
  • Fluent in English and Spanish

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with any of the following tools is a plus: Smartsheet, Business Intelligence Tools
