About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives across MetroNational’s office, multifamily, hospitality, and retail portfolio. This role is hands-on and detail-oriented, with a primary focus on database maintenance, campaign coordination, email and SMS execution, and performance reporting. Working closely with the VP of Marketing and the Experience team, the Marketing Coordinator helps ensure marketing campaigns are executed accurately, on time, and in alignment with established strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or CRM support.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform.
  • Familiarity with email marketing, SMS campaigns, or loyalty programs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a team environment.
  • Working knowledge of marketing metrics and reporting.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting marketing efforts in commercial real estate, retail, hospitality, or mixed-use environments.
  • HubSpot certification(s).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, project management tools, or basic BI dashboards.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update HubSpot CRM, including contact records, lists, and basic segmentation.
  • Assist with database hygiene tasks such as de-duplication, field updates, and consent tracking.
  • Build and update audience lists for office professionals, Memorial City residents, and regional audiences under direction from marketing leadership.
  • Follow established data governance standards across databases.
  • Build, schedule, and deploy email and SMS campaigns in HubSpot, including newsletters, event promotions, and tenant communications.
  • Assist with setup of drip campaigns and automated workflows using predefined templates and rules.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and compile results.
  • Support list growth initiatives and ensure campaigns adhere to CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and internal compliance guidelines.
  • Support day-to-day operations of MetroNational’s loyalty program.
  • Assist with creating promotions, rewards, and communications based on provided direction.
  • Track membership growth, engagement, and redemption activity and report trends.
  • Help maintain loyalty program content and member communications.
  • Assist with the execution and monitoring of digital advertising campaigns across platforms.
  • Coordinate creative assets, updates, and timelines with internal teams or agencies.
  • Track spend and performance at a high level.
  • Stay informed on basic digital marketing trends and platform updates.
  • Pull standard reports from HubSpot, Google Analytics, and ad platforms.
  • Maintain recurring performance dashboards and trackers.
  • Summarize results and trends for review by marketing leadership.
  • Support campaign post-campaign reporting and documentation.
  • Support coordination with vendors and agencies as directed by marketing leadership.
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and status updates across multiple projects.
  • Maintain organized records of vendor documentation, scopes, and deliverables.
  • Support onboarding of new tools or vendors as needed.
