About The Position

Garney is hiring a self-motivated Marketing Coordinator to join its growing Marketing Team. This full-time, salaried role supports marketing and proposal development, and includes full benefits and participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The selected candidate will work closely with the regional leadership group while also supporting the national Marketing Team. Some evening and weekend work may be required before critical deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, strategic communications, journalism, or a similar field.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Excellent judgment and the ability to work accurately and efficiently with minimal guidance.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain acute attention to detail.
• Active listening skills and a strong work ethic.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ambitious, creative, and a team player.

Nice To Haves

• At least two years of experience in the A/E/C industry.

Responsibilities

• Proofread, edit, and assist in developing statements of qualifications.
• Support proposal development, including preparing project profiles, resumes, and qualifications-based information.
• Prepare and distribute marketing materials for potential clients.
• Support the Marketing Team with administrative duties.
• Support Operations and Business Development with national trade organization and administrative duties.
