We are seeking a self-motivated Marketing Coordinator to assist with our influencer seeding initiatives. This role requires strong relationship building and communication, proactive problem solving, organization and attention to detail. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Social Media Marketing. Cross-functional partners include Brand Marketing, Organic Social, eCommerce, Customer Service and Distribution. You’ll Make a Difference By Assisting with Social Media influencer campaigns: identifying, onboarding, and seeding products to content creators to meet campaign goals and timelines. Nurturing relationships within the creator community through strong communication and responsiveness. Serving as first-line customer service via email/chat by responding to creator inquiries promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues when needed. Working with the Creative Team to develop programs assets including writing briefs, tracking deliverables, and gaining approvals. Creating and sharing product information and other training materials with content creators. Requesting, distributing, and tracking seeding codes. Collaborating regularly with the e-Comm and email marketing teams. Placing seeding orders accurately into the order management system. Tracking order processing and flagging issues. Collaborating with Customer Service and Distribution to resolve. Maintaining and updating records for creator outreach and content, seeding orders and campaign performance. Helping refine seeding workflows, creator onboarding materials, and email templates to improve efficiency and creator experience. Providing weekly updates to the Marketing Team and developing presentations for Sr. Leadership as required. Assisting with other responsibilities based on business needs.
