About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across North America. This role is responsible for supporting integrated marketing campaigns, influencer marketing, events, content coordination, and day-to-day marketing operations to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced luxury fashion environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Fashion Merchandishing, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, events, or project coordination.
  • Experience in luxury fashion, retail, beauty, hospitality, or e-commerce preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Canva and project management platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, CRM, and brand channels.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, calendars, and project plans to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, presentations, and campaign assets.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives are executed successfully.
  • Monitor project timelines and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and research new content creators and publishers to expand the creator portfolio.
  • Coordinate day-to-day communication with influencers, talent managers, agencies, and publishers.
  • Support influencer campaigns from planning through execution.
  • Coordinate product gifting, shipments, campaign timelines, and content approvals.
  • Track campaign deliverables and maintain campaign documentation.
  • Support the planning and execution of client events, brand experiences, and marketing activations.
  • Coordinate vendor communications, venue logistics, event materials, catering, gifting, and production.
  • Assist with onsite event execution and post-event follow-up.
  • Maintain event budgets and expense tracking.
  • Coordinate creative requests with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Assist in developing presentations, marketing decks, and client-facing materials.
  • Organize and maintain marketing assets and content libraries.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with brand standards.
  • Track marketing campaign performance and prepare post-campaign recaps.
  • Maintain marketing calendars and project management tools.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor documentation.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing team as needed.
