Marketing Coordinator
About The Position
Comfort Keepers is looking for a part-time Marketing Coordinator to join our team in our Clarksville, TN office. The Marketing Coordinator will distribute branded networking materials for the company's services, as well as participate in Community Events and business-related activities. This is a relationship building and marketing field position. The ideal person for this position has a dynamic personality and is passionate about sales and marketing. This candidate should have previous relevant experience or education and be interested in learning new sales techniques. To succeed in this role, he/she should be goal-driven and have strong relationship and referral building skills. Experience or education in public speaking and ability to execute presentations is a plus.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field is preferred but not required.
- 1-2 years of related experience in business, promotional sales, marketing, customer service or a related field preferred (college level courses considered for experience)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, to include public speaking skills
- Excellent sales and relationship marketing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Nice To Haves
- Experience or education in public speaking and ability to execute presentations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Distribute marketing materials to potential customers and referral sources.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients, as well as referral sources.
- Identify target customers and markets.
- Collaborate with management to develop marketing plans/goals.
- Collect and maintain sales records required to track, review, and modify the performance of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor actionable metrics via forecasting and analyzing sales trends, marketing strategies, and product (service) performance.
- Prepare and present reports summarizing information while making recommendations based on analysis.
- Participate on social media platforms, in community events, and local networking business group meetings.
- Work closely with our Marketing Company (CGI) to monitor and help maintain web pages, and social media platforms.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
