Requirements
- High School diploma or Equivalent, required.
- Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good interpersonal skills, writing, spelling, telephone etiquette, and sensitive interface with general public and employees.
- Must have prior experience coordinating events.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) required.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English or related field preferred.
- Prior experience preferred in a health care setting.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, social media, WordPress, Canva, and website content management systems preferred.
Responsibilities
- To help develop and integrate effective internal communications and vehicles to promote employee engagement and the overall integrity of the Prime Healthcare culture; ensures alignment of internal communication with the mission, vision, values, and goals of Prime Healthcare and its family of hospitals.
- Includes oversight of the company SharePoint and Employee activities and events.
- Also responsible for performing various administrative and clerical duties for the Marketing Department.
