About The Position

This is a full-time contract role. The Marketing Coordinator, Member Experience will be responsible for executing and coordinating the ongoing marketing and operational needs of Fetch Deals, Fetch Pet Rx, Fetch Online Vets and related member marketing programs. This includes maintaining the experience, coordinating launches and refreshes, supporting member communications, and ensuring all work is QA’d and delivered in a way that creates a strong member experience without overwhelming members. This role will also be responsible for coordinating member communications across existing marketing channels, including email, chat, in-app messaging, IVR, and other owned channels, and for supporting the launch of new tactics, such as push notifications, to ensure all member communications work together as part of a cohesive experience. This is an execution and coordination role responsible for ensuring all deliverables are incorporated cleanly into the broader member journey and member communications where appropriate. This role is highly cross-functional and will work closely with Member Experience, Creative, Product, Tech, Lifecycle, and Partnerships.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing coordination, lifecycle marketing, member marketing, CRM, or a related execution-focused marketing role
  • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Experience managing calendars, launches, QA, reporting, and recurring marketing programs
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once
  • Comfortable working across Creative, Product, Tech, and Marketing teams
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with email, in-app messaging, chat, CRM, or other owned-channel execution preferred
  • Experience with partner marketing, promotions, or offer-based programs preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day execution, upkeep, and communication coordination for Fetch Deals and related non-core member marketing programs once partnerships are signed and handed off.
  • Manage the regular refresh of the Deals assortment, including ticket submission and coordination of site updates
  • Coordinate updates to the Deals experience, including partner placement, links, imagery, offer copy, and related content
  • Ensure new deals, featured deals, and limited-time offers are launched accurately and on time
  • Own QA for the Deals experience, including broken links, outdated offers, missing imagery, incorrect copy, and general member experience issues
  • Partner with Product and Tech on site updates, ticket submission, bug resolution, and enhancements
  • Support partner integration needs for launch and ongoing maintenance
  • Own the calendar and coordination layer for member marketing programs outside the core experience, including Deals, Fetch Pet Rx, and Online Vet
  • Ensure Fetch Pet Rx and Online Vet asks are incorporated cleanly into member communications and experiences where appropriate
  • Own execution of the Deals newsletter and support related member communications across channels including email, chat, in-app messaging, IVR, and future channels such as push notifications
  • Ensure communications across channels are connected, sequenced appropriately, and timed effectively as part of a cohesive member experience
  • Help maintain balance across channels so members are informed without being overwhelmed
  • Surface overlap, duplication, cadence issues, or sequencing concerns early so the overall member journey remains cohesive and effective
