About the position
The Marketing Coordinator (Hybrid) role is responsible for supporting the growth and development of the UK business through effective campaign management and content scheduling. The coordinator will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to set up and optimize campaigns, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and drive conversions. They will also assist with content scheduling for organic social media posts and YouTube videos, as well as conduct quality assurance checks on CRM emails. Additionally, the coordinator will be responsible for reporting on campaign performance and monitoring key metrics.
Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up briefs for copywriting teams and ensure timely delivery of copy that meets brand guidelines and is optimized for conversion
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to set up, organize, and update campaigns on Monday.com
- Use Shopify's content management system to upload and optimize blog posts for SEO and user experience
- Resize and edit images using tools like Canva to improve blog performance
- Research target audience and marketing trends to inform performance-based strategy and new channel development
- Brainstorm and contribute to the development of new creative assets for paid campaigns, including stills, videos, and graphics
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all CRM emails to ensure accuracy, visual appeal, and error-free content
- Assist with the community team for new channel launches and sickness cover support
- Assist the social team in generating and scheduling organic posts
- Develop engaging video content for YouTube and be responsible for uploading and scheduling YouTube content
- Research relevant hashtags, trends, and user-generated content to inform organic social media strategy
- Update charity partners on performance each week, reporting on the performance of organic media activity across their website, social channels, and email
- Keep up to date with the performance of each campaign, monitoring key metrics such as Cost per Acquisition, ROAS, and Retention Rates
Requirements
- Experience in campaign management and setting up briefs
- Familiarity with brand guidelines and optimizing copy for conversion
- Proficiency in using Monday.com and Shopify's content management system
- Knowledge of SEO and ability to optimize blog posts
- Skills in resizing and editing images using tools like Canva
- Ability to research target audience and marketing trends for strategy development
- Creative thinking and contribution to the development of new assets for paid campaigns
- Attention to detail and conducting quality assurance checks on CRM emails
- Willingness to assist with community team and support new channel launches
- Experience in generating and scheduling organic social media posts
- Familiarity with YouTube content development and uploading
- Knowledge of relevant hashtags, trends, and user-generated content for social media strategy
- Ability to provide performance updates to charity partners and monitor key metrics
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of metrics such as Cost per Acquisition, ROAS, and Retention Rates
