About The Position

Stoss is seeking a motivated, energetic and highly organized Marketing Coordinator / EA for our Boston studio on a full-time basis. We are a creative services firm working in the field of landscape architecture and urban design. This is a key support role to the Senior Director and to the operations, executive, and marketing teams. The successful candidate in this position enjoys working on multiple fronts simultaneously, is detail oriented, has an organizational mindset, and can thrive in a lively design office. The goal for this role is twofold: first (25-30%), to assist the Senior Director in scheduling meetings, managing events/conferences, time and expense input, organization for books, talks and other engagements, managing the flow of communication, keeping licenses up to date, and general office support. Second (70-75%), to manage numerous communications, social media, marketing, and business development initiatives, including managing the firm database of contacts through Pipedrive. Tasks would also include occasional assistance with general operations and, as opportunities are available, project report production and model building. You'll have the opportunity to develop your individual skills, hone your ability to manage a variety of administrative and marketing projects, and develop your business development knowledge. Requirements

  • 0-3 Years relevant work experience in a true support, executive administrative, marketing, or communications function
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office and familiarity with modern cloud-based organizational platforms (ie: slack, asana)
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign) is highly desired for marketing and report production tasks
  • Familiarity with social media management and CRM/database platforms (such as Pipedrive) is a strong plus
  • Must be professional, articulate and enjoy working with and managing people
  • Must be dependable, punctual, detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and highly resourceful with strong work ethic
  • Able to learn quickly, work independently and switch gears quickly
  • Excellent written skills - writing samples will be requested
