As a Marketing & Loyalty Student, you will work alongside experienced professionals to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive business growth and enhance customer experience. You’ll contribute to loyalty program operations, promotional setup, and cross-functional collaboration across business lines including retail, home heating, restaurants, and fleet. The Marketing & Loyalty Team is responsible for the day-to-day management of loyalty programs and platforms, ensuring optimal customer engagement and delivering measurable business results. The team is based primarily at our Home Office and includes 7 members focused on delivering strategic marketing support and customer-centric solutions.
