As a Customer Loyalty Student, you will support Irving Oil’s Customer Loyalty team in the development, performance, and reporting of loyalty campaigns. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to learn about customer experience, loyalty strategies, and how competitive offers are brought to market. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams and supporting communications across multiple regions. The Customer Loyalty team, based at the Irving Oil Home Office, manages loyalty programs and campaigns across Canada, the United States, and Ireland. They collaborate with IT, Marketing, and Operations to deliver customer communications through email, SMS, and app push notifications. By analyzing program performance and survey results, the team ensures loyalty initiatives drive engagement and deliver value to customers.
