Marketing & Content Manager

Elite Worldwide - Corporate
$90,000 - $110,000Remote

About The Position

Elite Worldwide is looking for a creative, analytical, and highly proactive Marketing & Content Manager to help us grow our audience, strengthen our brand, and generate qualified leads. This is not a traditional marketing management role. We're looking for someone who can combine storytelling, content creation, analytics, and strategic thinking to help grow our company. You'll own Elite's marketing engine from awareness through qualified lead generation. You'll identify marketing opportunities, develop marketing strategies, create and execute engaging content and campaigns, measure performance, and continuously optimize our marketing efforts so more shop owners discover Elite and become qualified opportunities for our sales team. Marketing owns generating awareness, attracting prospects, and nurturing qualified opportunities. Sales owns converting those qualified opportunities into clients. This role is responsible for ensuring our marketing efforts consistently produce a pipeline of qualified opportunities for the sales team. Success in this role comes from balancing creativity with data. We need someone who is good at thinking outside the box and coming up with creative ideas, executing them, and then measuring their results. You'll be expected to produce content consistently, experiment with new ideas, understand the numbers behind every campaign, and confidently answer questions like: Where are our best leads coming from? What campaigns generate revenue? Which marketing efforts should we invest more in? What content is resonating with our audience? You won't simply manage marketing—you'll help drive the growth of the company. The purpose of this role is simple: help more automotive shop owners discover Elite. Success is measured by increasing Elite's visibility, consistently producing engaging content, generating qualified leads, and providing leadership with clear insight into what's working, what's not, and where we should invest our marketing resources. This role is approximately 40% content creation and storytelling, 25% lead generation and campaign execution, 25% analytics and optimization, and 10% marketing operations.

  • Prefer speed and iteration over perfection.
  • Constantly ask, "How can we grow?"
  • Enjoy wearing multiple hats and learning new marketing skills.
  • Equally comfortable behind a camera, inside HubSpot, or presenting campaign results to leadership.
  • Comfortable being held accountable for business results, not just marketing activity.

  • See and utilize opportunities to market such as holidays, company events, industry events, and speaking engagements.

  • Repurpose podcasts, coaching calls, client success stories, books, webinars, and events into high-value marketing content.
  • Capture and utilize video content from leadership, coaches, clients, events, webinars, and training for engaging marketing assets.
  • Maintain Elite's voice and brand across every platform.
  • Capture stories that showcase the impact of Elite coaching.
  • Keep Elite consistently visible through frequent, high-quality posting and sharing.

  • Track lead sources, campaign attribution, cost per lead, conversion rates, and marketing-generated revenue.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommend where marketing dollars should be invested.
  • Present marketing performance and insights to leadership.
  • Continuously test, learn, and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Ensure marketing is never a "black box" by providing leadership with clear visibility into what's working, what's not, and where marketing investments should be made.
  • Manage HubSpot CRM and marketing automation.
  • Build and optimize email campaigns, forms, and landing pages.
  • Maintain audience segmentation, marketing lists, and campaign workflows.
