About The Position

Lectric Ebikes, LLC and its related brands, are a rapidly growing company in the electric bicycle industry, committed to delivering high-quality, affordable, and innovative e-bikes. We are dedicated to sustainability, customer satisfaction, and expanding the accessibility of electric transportation. We're looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Content Coordinator to help bring all of our brands to life across social media, email, and other marketing channels. Reporting to the Director of Retention Marketing, this role will be responsible for managing day-to-day social media execution while also supporting email marketing, campaign planning, content creation, and marketing calendar management across Lectric eBikes, Juiced Bikes, and Monarc Bikes. You'll help bring campaigns to life from concept to launch, collaborating across teams to ensure our brands show up consistently and creatively across every customer touchpoint. This role is ideal for someone who loves content creation, has a strong eye for storytelling, enjoys writing compelling copy, and wants to gain experience across multiple areas of marketing.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, content creation, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across different brands and audiences.
  • Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
  • Comfortable creating short-form content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Highly organized with strong project management and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and marketing tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo.
  • Experience writing marketing or advertising copy.
  • Basic photo or video editing skills.
  • Experience working with consumer brands, ecommerce companies, or lifestyle products.
  • Passion for cycling and outdoor recreation products.
  • Portfolio of social content, marketing campaigns, writing samples, or creative work.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day social media posting and scheduling across multiple brand accounts.
  • Write engaging social copy tailored to each brand's voice and audience.
  • Coordinate content publishing across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Monitor trends, identify content opportunities, and help keep our brands relevant.
  • Support community engagement and social monitoring as needed.
  • Track content performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Capture photo and video content for social media, email, and marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with filming and appearing on camera for social content when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling product, lifestyle, and educational content.
  • Support content production during product launches, events, and campaigns.
  • Assist with email marketing initiatives across all brands.
  • Help develop creative briefs for marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Contribute copy and content ideas for email campaigns and promotional assets.
  • Support campaign planning and execution from concept through launch.
  • Help maintain and manage marketing calendars across multiple brands.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign deliverables stay on schedule.
  • Assist with campaign planning, brainstorming sessions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Support additional marketing projects as needed.
