About The Position

The primary purpose of the Marketing & Community Liaison Coordinator is to support occupancy growth, resident retention. This position serves as a bridge between residents, families, care staff, and the marketing team to ensure new and existing residents feel welcomed, supported, and connected within the community.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D) required.
  • This position requires the ability to drive personal vehicle without WA State license restrictions

Nice To Haves

  • College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Cover phone calls, and answer inquiries.
  • Support all tours throughout the week and weekend shifts.
  • Assist with implementation of “Welcome Home” Dinners for new residents for all communities.
  • Assist with sales follow-up, and lead management.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families and team members.
  • Conduct one on one welcome visits with new residents during the first few weeks of move-in.
  • Maintain ongoing touch points with residents to support resident satisfaction.
  • Contact family members following move-in to ensure a positive transition and address concerns
  • Serve as a liaison and communication resource between residents, families, care staff, and or questions.
  • Support care staff by communicating resident preferences, concerns and adjustments requests.
  • Assist with resolving resident issues by coordinating and communication with appropriate departments.
  • Assist with implementation of resident engagement, internal marketing, and community events.
  • Participate in community networking and relationship building activities.
  • Check tour paths to ensure community readiness for tours.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident and family follow-up interactions.
  • Promote a welcoming, compassionate, and service oriented environment.
  • Work with all new move-ins within the first 48 hours to ensure new residents are taken care of including but not limited to ensuring their TV works, mealtimes and housekeeping schedules are set and explained.
  • All other duties as assigned.
