IdeaTek is looking for a Marketing & Community Coordinator to support our Marketing and Community teams through a variety of administrative, logistical, and event coordination activities. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring community events, sponsorship initiatives, employee engagement activities, and marketing campaigns have the supplies, support, and coordination they need to succeed. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping people, projects, and materials organized. This position is a hybrid opportunity, working from both our Buhler and Wichita offices, with occasional remote work and travel to events and other work locations as needed. Candidates should expect to work on-site a minimum of 2–3 days per week and occasionally support evening or weekend events.
