IdeaTek is seeking a Marketing & Community Coordinator to support its Marketing and Community teams. This role is responsible for administrative, logistical, and event coordination activities, ensuring community events, sponsorship initiatives, employee engagement activities, and marketing campaigns are well-supported and executed. The position is ideal for an organized individual who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in meticulous organization. This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days per week in the Buhler and Wichita offices, with occasional remote work and travel for events. The day-to-day involves reviewing event timelines, sponsorship requests, and supply needs. Responsibilities can range from coordinating community event logistics and preparing marketing materials to scheduling meetings and assisting with employee engagement. The role acts as a key connector between teams, transforming ideas into action.
