About The Position

Bible Media Group, LLC is seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist to provide administrative support, project coordination, and marketing campaign implementation. This role involves acting as a liaison, developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing online presence, and creating engaging content across various platforms. The specialist will also be responsible for website content management, designing promotional materials, coordinating email marketing, collaborating with internal teams, managing customer data, supporting fundraising initiatives, and communicating with external partners. The position requires analyzing campaign performance, managing multiple projects, and providing creative solutions to marketing challenges, all while representing the company's values and adapting to a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Arts.
  • Enrollment in a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree program including coursework in Graphic Design.
  • 1 year of experience as a Social Media Manager, Graphic Designer, Graphic Design Intern, or a related occupation geared toward Latin American content.
  • Experience with Asana project management software.
  • Experience with CRM/data management software including Virtuous, Airtable, and BaseCamp.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools including Search Engine Marketing (SEM)-Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Hootsuite, and Facebook Meta.
  • Experience with MailChimp email marketing platform.
  • Experience with content management systems including WordPress and Adobe Cloud Suite.
  • Experience with graphic design software including Canva, Procreate, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Experience with video editing and production software including Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, and Final Cut Pro.
  • Experience with Fundraise Up fundraising software.
  • Experience with communication and collaboration tools including Zoom and DropBox.
  • Experience with finance management software including Oracle and SAP/Concur.
  • Must have legal authority to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the BMG team.
  • Coordinate and plan projects.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and OneHope.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns using digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media platforms).
  • Manage and grow the company’s online presence by creating engaging content, monitoring analytics, and adjusting strategies.
  • Perform search engine optimization (SEO) through Large Language Model (LLM) adaptation expertise using AI platforms.
  • Create and maintain content on the company’s website using WordPress and Adobe Cloud Suite.
  • Design promotional materials, graphics, and videos using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns through platforms like MailChimp, ensuring bilingual content (English and Spanish).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to plan and execute marketing strategies and special projects using tools like Asana and Basecamp.
  • Maintain and organize customer data through CRM platforms (Virtuous, Airtable).
  • Support fundraising initiatives by creating marketing materials and utilizing fundraising programs and software.
  • Communicate with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders in English and Spanish.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, leveraging insights to improve future strategies.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects, deadlines, and tasks efficiently.
  • Provide proactive and creative solutions to marketing challenges.
  • Plan and coordinate bilingual communications that articulate the company’s vision, mission, and values.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities, technologies, and strategies in a fast-paced environment.
