The Marketing and Communications Specialist develops strategic, mission-driven content that elevates the organization’s brand, supports engagement and fundraising goals, and strengthens audience connection. This role creates high-quality written and visual content across digital and print channels, develops campaign landing pages, embeds and optimizes donation experiences, and provides insights through ongoing KPI reporting. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, the Marketing and Communications Specialist is an integral member of the Chicago Children's Advocacy Center (ChicagoCAC) marketing and communications team, transforming the experiences of our community, staff, and partners into compelling content that increases engagement, activates donors, inspires supporters, and honors those we serve.
