Requirements

  • Proven experience managing complex, high-visibility programs with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and executives in fast-paced environments
  • Strong command of project management tools and frameworks, with a focus on scalability and efficiency
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to priorities competing demands and deliver under pressure
  • A natural problem solver with a proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate risks and opportunities
  • Outstanding communication skills, with confidence navigating cross-functional teams and aligning diverse perspectives
  • Experience thriving in dynamic, high-growth environments where adaptability and ownership are key
  • Must hold valid right to work in United States

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program delivery for global communications initiatives, including company-wide all-hands, leadership forums, and high-impact executive deliverables
  • Partner directly with senior leaders to shape messaging, timelines, and outputs that land with precision and clarity
  • Act as the central connector across Marketing Communications and cross-functional teams, aligning priorities and ensuring seamless delivery
  • Own and evolve intake processes, balancing workload, strategic priorities, and business needs to maximize efficiency
  • Identify gaps, overlaps, and risks across initiatives—bringing forward solutions that improve scale and execution
  • Support executive communication needs with confidence and discretion, anticipating requirements before they surface
  • Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, feedback loops, and process innovation
