About The Position

Simon-Kucher is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to support integrated marketing campaigns, PR initiatives, and thought leadership programs across the Americas. This role partners closely with consultants, sector leaders, and global marketing teams to drive brand visibility, client engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on marketing professional with experience managing multi-channel B2B campaigns, public relations initiatives, and stakeholder engagement within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This individual will help execute regional marketing strategies, support thought leadership development, and help strengthen Simon-Kucher’s brand presence across the Americas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, communications, campaign management, or PR.
  • Experience managing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking campaign performance and KPIs.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience within consulting, professional services, or corporate marketing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns across digital, PR, social media, email, and events.
  • Partner with consultants and business stakeholders to develop campaign messaging and thought leadership content.
  • Coordinate media opportunities, PR activities, and campaign communications.
  • Support social media and digital marketing initiatives, including LinkedIn and email campaigns.
  • Manage campaign timelines, reporting, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, PR, Digital, Design, and Events teams.
  • Ensure alignment with Simon-Kucher brand standards and marketing best practices.
