About The Position

GoMining runs a portfolio of products including Digital Miners, the GOMINING token, GoMining Card, Simple Earn, Wallet, Miner Wars, Academy, Travel, Launchpad, and the VIP program. This role will be the owner of marketing communications, ensuring a coherent story across all products and channels. The position sits at the center of marketing, connecting product go-to-market, brand, performance, content, CRM, community, design, and PR. The role involves owning the communications calendar, running launches end-to-end, and ensuring messages are clear, consistent, on-brand, and engaging. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with company-wide visibility, focused on managing the flow of work between teams rather than managing a team directly.

  • Experience in-house at a fintech, marketplace, consumer app, or scale-up, or agency-side with comparable clients.
  • Proven end-to-end ownership of multi-channel launches, with the ability to detail campaigns from brief to results.
  • Strong writing and editing skills in English (C1+).
  • Genuine project management ability, including prioritization, dependency tracking, and working to deadlines and budgets across teams.
  • Ability to maintain a high creative bar while managing expectations and scope.
  • Comfort with complex products and understanding technical details before communicating them.
  • Data literacy to read campaign performance and inform future briefs.
  • Experience coordinating external agencies or creative studios.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in crypto, Web3, mining, trading, neobanking, payments, or investment products.
  • Familiarity with advertising restrictions on financial and crypto products across ad platforms and jurisdictions.
  • Experience building brand or messaging systems from scratch.
  • Additional languages.
  • Support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage).

Responsibilities

  • Own a single, company-wide marketing communications calendar for all product launches, feature releases, campaigns, promos, and announcements.
  • Run product and brand communications launches end-to-end, translating go-to-market input into channel plans (CRM, in-product surfaces, community, social, website, blog, app stores, paid support assets, PR) and driving them to delivery.
  • Write creative and content briefs for designers, motion designers, and copywriters, with clear deliverables and deadlines.
  • Act as the single point of contact for the design and production team, prioritizing, sequencing, and unblocking requests.
  • Hold timelines by chasing dependencies across product, legal, compliance, and finance for asset approvals.
  • Coordinate joint communications with partners, collaborations, and sponsorships.
  • Pull post-campaign results with analytics and CRM teams, run retrospectives, and use learnings for future briefs.
  • Build and maintain the messaging architecture across the product portfolio, defining product promises, target audiences, and messaging hierarchy.
  • Translate technical and financial product mechanics into easily understandable copy for new users.
  • Own tone of voice and message consistency by reviewing outgoing communications against brand and messaging guidelines.
  • Maintain shared toolkits including messaging documents, key-message one-pagers, FAQ, and launch templates.
  • Write and edit high-stakes communications such as launch announcements, product pages, campaign concepts, and executive/partner-facing materials.
  • Ensure compliance with advertising and financial-promotion constraints across channels and jurisdictions, in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
  • Track competitor and market communication strategies in the crypto and fintech space, identifying relevant insights.

Benefits

  • Professional growth support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage).
