HealthierHere is a nonprofit collaborative working across sectors to advance health equity and improve the health and well-being of people in King County. Our work brings together community, health care, behavioral health, social service, Tribal, and government partners to strengthen systems and create more equitable approaches to care. We’re looking for people who are energized by meaningful work, collaboration, and the opportunity to help build and improve systems that make a difference in our communities. The Marketing and Communications Manager leads marketing and communications for HealthierHere’s programs and services and stewards the overall HealthierHere parent brand. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, this position builds awareness, credibility, and demand for HealthierHere’s services among the health systems, government agencies, community-based organizations, Tribes, funders, and other partners that HealthierHere serves, while keeping every program and service connected to one clear, consistent brand story. During a critical growth period, the Marketing and Communications Manager will define how HealthierHere’s services are positioned, packaged, and promoted as the organization builds sustainable revenue beyond grant funding. The role pairs strategic messaging and campaign leadership with hands-on content development, and it ensures that the voices and expertise of community are reflected authentically in how HealthierHere shows up in the market. The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller and skilled marketer who can translate consultative, relationship-driven services into clear value propositions and measurable results. They bring creativity, curiosity, and a solutions-oriented mindset, and a deep commitment to equity and community health.
