About The Position

The Kenworth Division of PACCAR is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Communications Intern to gain professional marketing experience at an industry-leading manufacturing company. The internship offers opportunities to learn from industry professionals, work directly with senior managers, develop mentoring relationships, and gain hands-on experience. It is scheduled to begin in May or June 2027.

The intern will support Kenworth’s public relations and social media strategy, create digital content, contribute to marketing and community events, and participate in projects aimed at improving the effectiveness and efficiency of company operations.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with a marketing focus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Resourceful and a self-starter.
• Experience applying research, user insights, and data to strategic plans.

Nice To Haves

• Junior or senior standing.
• Experience with video production.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Software.

Responsibilities

• Support Kenworth’s public relations and social media strategy.
