About The Position

The Marketing communications coordinator supports the marketing department through the coordination and implementation of marketing campaigns and communications to promote the business. This position is also responsible for producing, designing and executing digital employee-facing news and internal campaigns that support the organization's initiatives and employee engagement programs.

  • Combined professional experience and education of a minimum of 2 years within at least one of the following fields of marketing, graphic design or communications.
  • Proficient skill level in all Microsoft Office programs and intermediate graphic design.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in either the fields of marketing, graphic design or communications.
  • Previous demonstrated professional experience working within a marketing department or in a marketing or communications support role.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate with marketing team to develop monthly marketing campaigns and distribute across multiple channels.
  • Develops advertising programs promoting Stauffer Values to ensure high visibility with potential candidates and customers.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to streamline processes and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and plans.
  • Write brand-focused copy for emails, promos, website, social media and other marketing platforms.
  • Work closely with Marketing Manager to collect and allocate marketing allowance funds from vendors.
  • Manage and produce content for social media networks promoting the business as an "employer of choice" and push recruiting activities through established media and marketing networks.
  • Partner with Human Resources department to promote recruiting and talent initiatives, using traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc.
  • Collaborate with the human resources department to develop and share content through internal communication sites (Intranet, website, and ADP Workforce Now).
  • Manage the intake process for the variety of internal communication requests and coordinate plans with the requestor.
  • Produce, design, and execute recurring employee e-newsletters and ad hoc email requests.
  • Edit and produce design items needed for internal vehicles, such as article thumbnails, email headers, intranet banners, presentations and other images supplementing internal communication.
  • Play an active role in the activities committee and integrate internal communications to drive employee engagement.
