About The Position

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Marketing Communications Consultant for its Building Construction Product (BCP) division. This role is integral to a global team focused on creating stronger, more sustainable communities and building a better world through progress and innovation. The BCP division's Marketing Communications Consultant is an expert in developing the strategy and implementation of channel optimization & activation, digital marketing, campaign management, creative development, and public relations.

Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Vendor/Supplier Management: Knowledge of external provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers (e.g. vendors, service providers, contractors, consultants and suppliers).
Promotion and Marketing Communications: Knowledge of different promotional and marketing communication techniques; ability to use different marketing channels and tools in combination to focus on how a business communicates a message to the market.

Nice To Haves

5–8 years of experience leading end‑to‑end marketing campaign management
Proven ability to analyze market and performance data and translate insights into compelling messaging and integrated campaign strategies
Experience working in or alongside creative and/or PR agencies; background as a campaign manager or portfolio manager strongly preferred
Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders
Data‑driven marketer with demonstrated success optimizing campaign performance through analytics and insights
