Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in communications, customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, events, public relations, or fundraising is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers, community members, and event attendees in a professional and engaging manner
- Represent company initiatives, brands, and partner organizations professionally
- Assist with marketing communications, customer engagement, and promotional campaigns
- Provide clear information about products, services, programs, and campaigns
- Support community outreach, promotional events, and live activations
- Help create positive customer and community experiences
- Assist with event setup, coordination, and on-site communications
- Build positive relationships with customers, team members, and community partners
- Gather feedback and communicate customer insights to team leaders
- Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign and communication goals
- Participate in training, team meetings, and professional development programs
