About The Position
We have an immediate need for an enthusiastic Marketing Communications Assistant to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, and motivated individuals looking to get their foot in the door of the marketing, communications, and events industry. No previous marketing experience is required — we provide hands-on training and ongoing support. As a Marketing Communications Assistant, you'll work alongside our marketing and events team to help create engaging experiences and connect our clients with their target audiences.

Responsibilities
- Representing client brands at events, promotional campaigns, and community activities
- Engaging directly with customers and creating positive brand experiences
- Supporting event planning, setup, execution, and breakdown
- Communicating key brand messages in a professional and engaging way
- Building relationships with customers and event attendees
- Assisting with promotional and marketing campaigns
- Tracking customer feedback and campaign results
- Collaborating with team members to meet event and campaign goals
- Learning marketing, communication, leadership, and event-management strategies
