This role is responsible for managing agency resources, creating, managing, and executing campaigns, and collaborating with internal and external partners to develop and deliver marketing communications. The position involves developing go-to-market plans, integrated tactical plans, project plans, milestone schedules, and creative strategy. Additionally, the role requires tracking, analyzing, and evaluating the strategic effectiveness of channels and providing recommendations for optimization. The work environment is hybrid, requiring the individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Colorado Springs, CO, or Charlotte, NC.
