About The Position

Reporting to the Senior Content Marketing Manager, the Marketing Campaign Specialist partners with product portfolio teams to plan, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns that generate leads, MQLs, and marketing-sourced pipeline for TAPCO. This role develops campaign plans and messaging, coordinates activation across email, paid media, social media, web, and content, and project manages cross-functional execution. As part of the marketing center of excellence, the specialist supports demand capture and nurture, messaging and deployment, and lead-to-opportunity progression while owning assigned campaign KPIs.

Requirements

  • Campaign strategy, marketing communications planning, audience segmentation, and core message development
  • Hands-on execution across email, marketing automation, social media, paid media, and website content
  • Project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional contributors, priorities, and deadlines
  • Working knowledge of demand generation, lead nurturing, MQL conversion, and marketing-sourced pipeline
  • Ability to interpret campaign data, communicate insights, and recommend optimizations
  • Clear written and verbal communication, strong organization, attention to detail, and sound judgment
  • Collaborative, adaptable, self-directed, and effective in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Partner with product portfolio teams to translate growth priorities, customer needs, and business goals into integrated, multi-channel campaigns that generate leads, MQLs, and marketing-sourced pipeline.
  • Develop campaign strategies, marketing communications plans, target audiences, core messaging, channel plans, timelines, deliverables, and measurement frameworks.
  • Project manage campaigns from planning through launch, measurement, and optimization, coordinating internal teams, external partners, budgets, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with the digital team to activate paid media, website content, social media, and other digital experiences while maintaining consistent messaging across the buyer journey.
  • Build, test, deploy, and optimize email campaigns and nurture programs in HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms using segmentation, personalization, and lead-management best practices.
  • Apply testing and performance insights to improve demand capture, nurture, messaging, deployment, and lead-to-opportunity conversion.
  • Partner with Sales and other stakeholders to review campaign outcomes, gather feedback, and improve lead quality and pipeline performance.
  • Own reporting for assigned KPIs, including email open and click-through rates, nurture-to-MQL conversion, share of voice, lead and MQL volume, and marketing-sourced pipeline.
  • Maintain campaign processes and workflows that support consistency, visibility, and scalability.
