About The Position

We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing, you'll turn marketing investment into measurable pipeline—running campaigns across paid media, sponsorships, email, content syndication, sponsored podcasts, newsletters, webinars, and our partner network to put SafeBreach in front of the right buyers. You'll be the connection between creative, content, sales, and external partners—keeping campaigns on track, on message, and on budget while continuously optimizing for performance.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in demand generation and B2B campaign management, including sponsorship programs, paid content placements, and webinars, with a track record of campaigns that drove measurable pipeline.
  • Familiarity with key cybersecurity or tech industry publications, media outlets, and analyst communities (e.g., Dark Reading, SC Media, CISOs Connect, Gartner, Forrester).
  • Proficiency with HubSpot (automation, workflows, lead scoring, reporting) and Salesforce (campaign management, CRM reporting, lead tracking).
  • Highly organized project manager who can juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously across the B2B buyer journey.
  • Excellent written communication; comfortable writing and editing campaign briefs, copy, and stakeholder updates

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a startup or high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environment.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders—Content, Design, Sales, Channel, Marketing—to ensure campaigns have the right assets, messaging, and targeting, including co-marketing programs and budgets with our Channel team, and campaign and social alignment with our Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Plan, organize, and run hosted webinars supporting demand generation and customer success.
  • Own campaign budgets and performance: track spend, report against KPIs, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Maintain the campaign calendar and proactively flag risks, opportunities, and conflicts.

  • flexible PTO
  • Competitive salary
  • equity grants
  • Paid health and dental insurance
