This role sits at the intersection of consumer trends, product innovation, and brand building. You'll collaborate with team members to identify emerging opportunities, new concepts, and bring them to life through products and experiences that are commercially successful and culturally relevant. From early-stage idea development to full-scale launch, you'll partner across Marketing, Innovation, Sales, Operations, Finance, and our distributor network to build brands from the ground up.
