About The Position

Dacus Auto Body & Collision Repair is seeking a creative, organized, and driven Marketing & Brand Lead to support and execute marketing initiatives across our collision repair and towing operations. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day marketing activities, maintaining brand consistency, coordinating community and company events, and ensuring all marketing projects are completed on time and to a high standard. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while serving as a key resource for marketing, communications, community engagement, and brand management.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing, communications, event planning, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with graphic design, photography, video editing, or content creation is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing initiatives across Dacus Auto Body & Collision Repair and Dacus Towing & Recovery.
  • Maintain consistent branding across all locations, vehicles, uniforms, signage, promotional materials, and customer-facing communications.
  • Coordinate marketing projects and ensure timely completion of initiatives.
  • Assist with website content updates and online business profiles.
  • Manage company social media accounts and content calendars.
  • Create and publish content including photos, videos, employee spotlights, customer stories, and community involvement.
  • Coordinate content gathering from team members and company locations.
  • Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to increase brand visibility.
  • Manage OEM certification requirements and documentation across all locations.
  • Track training, equipment, audit, and renewal requirements.
  • Coordinate communication with OEM partners and certification representatives.
  • Work closely with operations teams to maintain compliance with certification standards.
  • Coordinate the design, ordering, and inventory of uniforms, branded merchandise, signage, and promotional materials.
  • Manage relationships with marketing vendors and suppliers.
  • Ensure brand standards are maintained across all materials and locations.
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of company events, community activities, sponsorships, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Coordinate event materials, logistics, and promotional support.
  • Support community outreach and relationship-building initiatives.
  • Assist with internal communications, employee recognition initiatives, and company announcements.
  • Support recruiting efforts through social media, marketing materials, job postings, and employer branding initiatives.
