About The Position

This position is part of the Marketing Operations team and will develop campaign schemes in a marketing automation platform to deliver marketing target lists. Responsibilities will include: · Building campaigns and lead-nurturing programs · Thinking creatively, design and run automation workflows · Setting up and execute tasks associated with the client customer database to manipulate and extract targeting data · Assisting with designing lead-generation programs, lead-nurturing programs, customer research and automated communications programs · Translating needs from marketing teammates into functional specifications for data extraction, email workflows, lead capture and campaign reporting · Managing email lists, data file aggregation and uploads according to campaign requirements · Implementing user profiling, scoring and measurement systems that lead to more effective communication and higher conversion · The QA of campaign flowcharts and lists

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or related degree
  • HTML and CSS experience
  • CRM and marketing automation experience
  • Technically savvy, comfortable with software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Attention to detail, highly organized yet able to see the big picture

Nice To Haves

  • Experience and working knowledge of SQL a plus
  • List management (segmentation, reporting and maintenance)

Benefits

  • The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $160,000.
