About The Position

Execute and support digital marketing campaigns and automated customer journeys within Marketing Cloud. Focus on the day-to-day operational delivery of email and journey campaigns, ensuring accuracy, quality, and alignment with established processes and standards. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Analytics teams to implement campaign requirements, contribute to cross-functional initiatives, and help deliver a seamless client experience. Using foundational technical skills, build and test emails and journeys, troubleshoot routine technical issues, and ensure campaigns are deployed efficiently and effectively. Monitor campaign performance, assist with analytics and optimization efforts through testing and reporting, and help identify opportunities for improvement based on data insights. Contribute to the ongoing development and execution of marketing automation strategies and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
  • 2-4 years' experience in a digital environment, engaged in website, social, video, mobile, search, marketing, online advertising or integrated campaigns preferred
  • 2-4 years' experience in Salesforce marketing cloud preferred
  • Experience in the use of marketing automation technology (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, etc.) preferred
  • Experience working across Marketing teams, Client Success, Sales, UX, Product and BI preferred
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of database management concepts
  • Proficiency in HTML
  • Proficiency in Amp Script preferred
  • Ability to think creatively and identify process improvements
  • Strong problem solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, with experience in AP style and editing for proper grammar, tone, and voice.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and successfully with team members throughout the organization and with a variety of personalities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • May be required to travel to a company office or location other than your normal workplace for trainings, meetings, conferences or to support business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Build, test, and deploy email campaigns and automated customer journeys to support marketing initiatives and business objectives.
  • Coordinate and execute campaigns within the marketing calendar while ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant delivery.
  • Build and update emails, templates, audience lists, and data extensions using Marketing Cloud, HyperText Markup Language (HTML)/Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and dynamic content tools.
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) testing on campaigns and journeys, including rendering, links, tracking, and compliance with privacy regulations and company standards.
  • Execute A/B and multivariate testing, monitor campaign performance metrics, and support optimization efforts through reporting and data analysis.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve routine campaign, email, and journey issues, escalating more complex technical issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and other stakeholders to support campaign requirements, implementation, and overall client experience initiatives.
  • Follow established marketing automation standards, maintain campaign documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and best practices.
