As our Marketing Automation Manager, you'll own the engine room of our lifecycle marketing. Reporting to the Director, Marketing Automation, CX & Insights, you'll be the hands-on technical owner of Salesforce Marketing Cloud—designing, building, and optimizing the automations, journeys, and data flows that move prospects and customers through every stage of their relationship with us. Working hand in hand with product and channel owners, you'll translate segmentation and lifecycle plans into reliable, scalable, behavior-driven campaigns that fire at exactly the right moment, every time. This is a role for someone who takes pride in the craft of execution. You'll formulate and build emails from the ground up, architect the automation logic behind them, and obsess over the details that separate good programs from great ones—inbox placement, sender reputation, render quality, and deliverability across every send. You'll keep our entire program CASL-compliant and audit-ready, treating regulatory and privacy requirements not as friction but as a standard worth protecting. Partnering closely with channel owners, platform experts, and implementation partners, you'll turn ideas into infrastructure—making sure the systems behind our customer communications are as sophisticated, transparent, and dependable as the financial tools we put in families' hands.
